Your first visit
Saw a time that works? Here’s all that’s between you and the mat.
Most people who train here say the same thing: they’d wanted to for years, and the whole journey was one phone call. “I had always wanted to do it, so I just went for it.” Three small steps — that’s it.
You won’t be the only one who’s nervous. Every person in the room remembers a first class — most started less than two years ago. As one member put it: “Sign up. You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.”

Show up and train free
Come to your class. Your first full week is free, and there’s nothing to buy to walk in the door — no gear or uniform fee for the free week. No-Gi means no gi to buy either; a t-shirt and shorts is fine.
